Ojamaa Mine is an oil shale mine in Ida-Viru County, Estonia. Shift planning and task coordination for on-site workers was handled on paper or in Excel. There was limited visibility into worker efficiency and machine data.

    We developed underground resilient software that complies with labour law regulations and tracks working hours accordingly. The solution visualises completed work, provides live operational status, and helps manage shifts based on actual resource usage.
